Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value our member consumers so we only promise to provide products with seals of guarantee.

Do not accept if products' seals are broken. All deliveries are presumed to be in good condition and within their prescribed shelf-life.

In cases of any serious product damage during handling or transport, please report immediately within 24 hours upon receipt with our Product Feedback Form to help us verify and approve. Management reserves to right to approve or reject such claims. If warranted, both can arrange an optional ship back and product exchange. This applies only if the damage is more than 30% of the package as normal transport sometimes affects the package to that extent.

For Quality Control purposes, for product quality complaints, as a general rule on all consumable products, we do not allow product returns or product exchange if any. Consumers upon consumption of our products are presumed to have read the labels, its restrictions and limitations and have implied permission to have accepted the quality of that product as well as the terms for its purchase. For consumer feedback however, just fill up the Product Feedback Form so management can assess and review and make the appropriate action. Management reserves the right to approve or decline any or all claims against the product. Management decision will always be final.
